Whew! What a great time to see the results of the winter? rain here in Arizona...It is a bumper year for wildflowers...
What a whirlwind season. Our last two shows the William Blomquist "Icons of Experience" which favored his excellent treatment of very contemporary figures in oils was a really great show ! I am happy to see some of Billy's followers from our old Bisbee days, as well as many new admirers come to meet this great painter from U of A .

The April show "Love Of Italy" brought us George Bodine from Kentucky who we finally met after all these years. I was George's first gallery in Bisbee, Az many years ago. I have consistently sold his work over the last 15 years!
George has fallen in love with Italy... the many lovely paintings that he sent us from these trips gave us the idea for the show. His curious collectors arrived to meet the Delta pilot/ self taught artist in person.

Pokey Park came by one May morning for a demonstration day 11-3pm. Her bronze sculptures are on the corner of our street, Skyline and Campbell. She was working on a new tortoise that she invited people to help name. It was our last cooler day.. fun ending to a busy season.
